Typical roles include business development and sales into corporate accounts, account management and service delivery, and consulting to clients on leader and executive development initiatives. The Institute seeks entrepreneurial individuals with solid experience in the field of leader and executive development. KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Domain expertise in the leader and executive development field, including practices, industry trends, and suppliers. Deep understanding of the management development process, from having worked as an in-house practitioner or service provider.
  • Successful sales experience with firms serving the human resources and leadership development function. Experience selling custom services into Global 2000 corporations and securing sales in the $10,000 to $150,000 range utilizing consultative selling skills. Expertise selling technology-enabled solutions a plus.
  • Existing relationships with Senior HR, and Learning and Development executives in corporations. Ability to locate and dialogue with decision makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and work history. Highly productive while working out of a home office or satellite office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other colleagues.
  • College degree.
